One day I decided to start a blog
I have a chemistry degree, a copy of Harold McGee’s amazing On Food and Cooking, and roommates who will eat whatever I put in front of them–an ideal recipe for experimentation, no? I love food science but need a bigger push to spend my time learning about it rather than, you know, sleeping or some other such useless activity. Hence this blog. Also it gives me even more of an excuse to cook and eat ALL THE TIME, which is essentially my goal in life.
